Restorative circles create a space for equal opportunity sharing, shared power, and active listening. Through a facilitated process, we will engage in deeper conversation guided by open-ended questions from our Washington DC-based circle-keepers, all of whom have undergone facilitation and restorative justice training. This restorative circle will be focused processing the shifting climate in the U.S. and its impacts on our personal and professional lives as members of the LGBTQIA+ community. It will also be a space to share ways forward in a supportive community of colleagues, and explore how to harness queer joy and power in times of crisis.

This event has limited space, so please sign up early! Sign ups will close as soon as the event reaches capacity. All other interested participants will be placed on a waitlist. Though we recognize that last minute conflicts may arise, we ask all participants to make an effort to attend. If you are no longer able to attend, please notify co-chair@rainbowsig.org so we may offer your space to someone on the waitlist.
